LashBack believes it is necessary to be an advocate for consumers and email
marketers.

practices and federal law. As the problems get better defined in the market,

Consumer preference leads the market and email marketers are growing the

deliverability and revenue derived from satisfied customers.
As the value of the email marketplace increases, companies are incentivized
financially to be compliant. The technological infrastructure of the email
marketplace is also growing to demand compliance as the foundation of
reputation, deliverability and best practices. This fact is driving all of
email marketing.
Prior to this philosophy anti-spam organizations railed against email marketers
who responded by sending more email. The problem of unsolicited email deepened.
The activist approach to stopping spam has failed. “Bad Plaintiffs” are of no
assistance to further defining federal or state laws. The historical movement
to “fight spam” has influenced the next generation of leaders in the email
community. The frustration with Spam is shared and understood. They lead with
anti-spam in their DNA, but are armed with better technology, better standards
and a more mature marketplace.
