The first phase of “Resolution Services” is a simple but powerful addition of a
Resolution Button that enables you to mark a properly addressed issue
“Resolved.” Clients are able to add notations to better document the nature and
resolution of the issue. This documentation will grow into a compliance
archive- a critical tool to show actual compliancy resolution work. By actively
managing and resolving issues within the LashBack service our clients can
increase deliverability at over 500 million inboxes worldwide.

LashBack Client Service Managers (CSM) have been helping to resolve issues from
the very beginning of LashBack Compliance Monitor services. This feature will
also be a source of documentation of CSM efforts in conjunction with your
efforts. From within each account you will be able to view issues from
violation notifications as “resolved” or “unresolved” on message by message
basis. This function will remain under client control. Timely resolution of
issues will be recognized in an extremely positive way as we expand LashBack
services to include this data in a non-binding overall reputation score. To be
clear, Unsubscribe Reputation Data that LashBack sends to such partners as
Return Path will remain as is. But your overall reputation will be working
harder for you within LashBack’s client network.

you in resolving issues in a timely manner- a critical aspect of compliance
from the FTC’s CAN-SPAM perspective. In the future, look for added depth to
