PartnerManagement provides unique visibility into the risks and opportunities that exist with current partners. You may know what a partner is sending for you, but:

  • Are they using good practices and getting good results with the rest of their email?
  • Are they a sender with additional capacity?

The answers can vary and reflect significant risk or significant opportunity. We analyze the sending practices of your current partners using our GoodMail platform – which brings together a large volume of messages, reputation data and custom-weighted quality measures. You should not have to guess at the answers to important questions about risks and opportunities.

The GoodMail platform identifies email messages that can be grouped into distinct mailstreams using common sending characteristics, such as sending domain and IP address. The platform can assess the quality of a mailstream using criteria such as:

  •  Blacklisted sending domains and IPs
  •  Deceptive subject lines
  •  The absence of a clear text unsubscribe mechanism
  •  The absence of a list-unsubscribe header
  •  Forged send dates
  •  Authentication failures
  •  The use of shared IPs
  •  Average mail frequency
  •  Maximum mail frequency
  •  IPs per domain

These criteria when considered together, and weighted based on your organization’s priorities, provide a unique, multi-faceted view of the email sender. The resulting scores can be applied to:

  •  Email sent for you ("level 1")
  •  All email sent by the mailstream ("level 2")
  •  All email sent using the same sending infrastructure ("level 3")

The results can be aggregated by agency/network, use custom date ranges and viewed through regular reports which highlight trends in quality over time. Users can see example messages underlying the results, get alerts when scores change or fall below a certain level, receive recommended strategies and utilize our dedicated client services team for training and support.

Use ReputationDiscovery to search our massive database by sending domain, sending IP or combination of the two. Results will show the historical sending of the mailstream, associated IPs and domains, as well as quality scores, detailed quality measures and an inboxing percentage for email sent by the mailstream and email sent using the same infrastructure.

A mailstream is simply a defined set of resources that are used to send email. These resources include the sending IP or IPs, the sending domain or domains and the related WHOIS registration records. An emailer may use one mailstream or many mailstreams. The key is identifying quality mailstreams that can offer scale in a relevant vertical.

CertifiedMailstream is a program to help raise the profile of quality distribution opportunities. LashBack® CertifiedMailstreams will have a unique badge that reflects quality, and the visibility that comes from participation in our program will help to maximize the demand and pricing for this distribution.

The process for certification is clear and objective. It requires an application (which will focus on a mailstream and industry vertical selected by the applicant), an application fee, a meaningful sending history and a ninety day testing period (which can start upon application or look back ninety days). A mailstream designated as certified must have and maintain at least a minimum quality score (based on a standard LashBack® weighting of quality measures).

CertifiedMailstreams are listed on LashBack®’s website (as is a listing of the agency/networks with high quantities of CertifiedMailstreams) and promoted to LashBack® advertisers. LashBack® will notify the sender if a CertifedMailstream is at risk of losing its status and identify the issues.

Certifying mailstreams helps to solve what has been a long-standing problem in the email market and reflects our efforts to promote transparency and good sending practices.
